How teachers scholarship applications are reviewed and when results come
The 2025 Application Guidelines for the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship say that the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) entrusts an expert panel to review applications. The decisions are based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores, geographical distribution, and other factors. The results are announced about three months before the program starts.

Section III sets out these steps for a successful applicant:

- Register at the Host Institution on the designated date stated in the Letter of Admission.
